I befriended Karla over the Summer,so I think I know her quite well.
She hated living in Quebec, mainly because it didn't provide her with the privacy she was hoping she would have.
She said she disliked the fact that she had to stay inside most of the time, and that she couldn't do everyday regular things.
She said she lived near a YMCA,and wished that she could join to go swimming.
Bottom line, moving to the Caribbean was a smart move for Karla.
Now her son has a shot at a more normal life, and so does Karla.
After all,why should Karla's son suffer because his mother is a criminal?
Do I think Karla is a threat to society?,No I don't.
Do I think she has a lot of problems she's in denial about?...most certainly.
My biggest hope for Karla is that she continue to seek therapy, but sadly,I don't think that will happen.........
Too bad the victims dont have the chance to have a family, and if they chose move to the Caribbean...Her son shouldnt have to suffer nor should he be raised with someone as sick and devious as her
