Of course not, I am saying we can assume reasonable people all find reprehensible things reprehensible, regardless of the degree. That's why the standard test in law is based on the actions or opinions of a 'reasonable person'.
Except I wouldn't consider very many in the Gaza Strip or Israel to be "reasonable people." If they were mostly "reasonable people", this issue would have been dealt with a long time ago.
Instead, one side kills a bunch of people on the other side and creates more hatred, so they retaliate and do the same, and both sides wind up in a never-ending cycle of violence and hatred.
