Not a bad theory, but I see a flaw.

I believe the fact that we have to be body scanned, remove our shoes, have mothers drink their own breast milk and have 9 year olds and grannies felt up by minimum wage post-teenagers in order to board a plane; and that we have to be monitored 24/7/365 in everything we do and say in order to root out possible boogeymen is because we don't tolerate the terrorism or violence that you seem to think comes from political correctness. Islamist extremists are denounced every time they are identified. Recall the 'Toronto 19' threads we've had here? Even the recent conviction of a terror tourist was widely applauded.

And I find no "insanely culturally debilitating atmosphere of tolerant intolerance" that you seem to see. We are all free to call things like we see them, if we choose. We are all not free however, to hate.

But there are still terrorists, so we're obviously not doing enough. I think we need to go for re-education camps for Muslims that lurk among us. Better yet, force them to convert to Christianity, that'll fix it. That and just bomb the shit out of any country that breeds these fuckers. Scorched earth, that's what we need. No point trying to reach out to the moderates and make alliance against terror, there are no moderates. As that sage Anne Coulter said, not all Muslims are terrorists, but all terrorists are Muslims. She got the last part right anyway.

Being politically correct means that 9 year olds get scanned, and old grannies get felt up, but the fact
is we all know these are not the people committing terrorist acts.

But to focus on Muslims, and leave the rest of us alone,
well that's too much for the left wing crowd. So we all get fucked because of it.

And the security is still a joke.

Too bad the "Peel Police" hadn't dealt with the same sort of mindset that tolerated such idiocy back when they were standing around watching zealots intolerantly bashing citizens over the head with flag poles in front of Palestine House in Mississauga a few weeks back.

Who knows...the guy that caused the problems on the plane might be in jail, instead of on a flight. In any case the attitude that should have dealt with that first situation would have told the second guy he didn't want to mess about.

You didn't used to hear about those sorts of revolts on flights. Then you did. Why is that? Just bad reporting? Me, I don't think so.
