And sabotaging the law to take away basic constitutional & human rights from those who have been classified as enemies to satisfy an ideology is not that different (or too far away either) from just rounding them up for deportation or concentration.

The ones on the receiving end of this sort of runaway malice are simply not obligated to sit back politely and take it. And apparently it looks like they're not going to.
