I live in a really small town and 90% of the trick or treaters are accompanied by their parents down the same block they live.
My Pomeranian wanders farther than most kids are allowed to these days. The beach is at the end of the block and when they're 12 Mommy calls their cellphone every 10 minutes all summer...
