"A Florida man who was caught on a restaurant security camera spitting on a 67-year-old Trump supporter wearing a MAGA hat was sentenced to 90 days in Indian River County Jail, a report said.

Democrat Matthias Ajple, 43, was convicted of battering Robert Youngblood in an attack at Hurricane Grill & Wings in Vero Beach, documents obtained by The Smoking Gun show.

On Oct. 25, Ajple walked around the restaurant's bar and told Youngblood, "You should go back to Russia, you fucking communist."

The liberal smacked Youngblood's head and spit on him. He got into his car and drove away.

As disgusting as spitting on someone is, the sentence seems a little steep for the crime.

Making him do a few months of community service by wearing an I love Trump sandwich board and walking around the Florida Democratic Party Headquarters would have sufficed.

The POS got off light. Battery on someone 65 years of age or older in Florida is a Felony that calls for three years in prison. This gutless POS is doing 1/12 the time that he should be doing. Hopefully Indian River still has the chain gangs active where this gutless senior citizen abusing puke will bust his ass in the merciless Florida heat and humidity, while providing countless meals for the mosquito population.

I also, but then again, most people don't think like us.

But I still think his ignorance while deserving of a beating wasn't worthy of 3 months in the hoosgow. The punishment should fit the crime and for spitting on a senior citizen the scuzzy little fucker should have been given 200 hours community service in a retirement home cleaning the toilets and bedpans of the residents.


Just remember that at one time in the States and Canada to some degree spitting on another person so long as they were in a military uniform was considered an act of "real patriotism" by the asshole long haired, dope smoking, VW Driving, sandal wearing, granola crunching friends of Jesus. Although given the change in morals and the march of time, they're now the ones screaming about people spitting on senior citizens because they're the senior citizens.

You missed the part of the story where the perp struck the man in the head, and then spit on him as he was leaving. Only the spitting part was included in the title as it makes for more sensationalism. The striking is battery. Battery on a senior citizen in Florida is a felony. It comes with a three year prison sentence. I have no problem with gutless senior citizen abusing assholes doing some hard time in the big house. There will be no shortage of people his own size to spar with in jail. Hopefully he will get the same treatment from the jailhouse judges as child abusers get.
