Yeah, Bombardier is still going to lose.
Any US airline ordering their planes will find themselves having difficulties getting gate time at key airports, the FAA will route their planes on longer routes to make them burn more jet fuel, and their FAA airworthiness inspections will be just that much more detailed.
Because that's how it works and the airlines know it and they'll order Boeing or Airbus.
I figured the court was rigged, but that sounds downright childish.
And it's going to affect a lot of jobs in Alabama. (because the jet will be built in Alabama by Airbus)
