This article doesn't make sense. The headline says his stance on gun control is failing Toronto, then goes on to talk about cuts to border services and youth programs. His only change to gun control was the long gun registry, which doesn't factor into Toronto's problems. I do however agree that cutbacks to border services isn't a good idea, but where to cut that would be better?
