Pffff. First the weed-pass (so only residents can buy pot in coffee shops), now this. Why not ban it all together if no one is allowed to smoke weed anywhere?

I used to be a bartender, and one of the regulars was a cop when he was off duty. Yeah, I have called cabs for him and taken away his keys.
