Roll all you want but your insistence that such problems are not, at least, in part a supply problem illustrates the level of objectivity and common sense your side brings to the debate. And rather than being part of the solution, your hardline stance, instead, makes you part of the problem. And that will be the NRA's downfall, it's unwillingness to compromise in any way. Lots of parallels with the prohibition movement which, likewise, was the author of its own failure for similar reasons.

Who said I'm a prohibitionist on firearms? I'm not. I'm a gun owner. I think you know that. A major part of prohibition's failure is owed to its supporters unwillingness to accept regulations OTHER THAN total prohibition.
