I think most people know my feelings on roadside memorials and the like... but to trash one is pretty low.

I too, think that 'roadside memorials' should only be allowed for a week or so. In fact, Edmonton has a time limit on them.

Unless I misunderstand, this memorial was in the Mom's own yard. 'Desecration' is a fitting word for what was done, but I cannot think of any description for the perpetrator/s.
