Definetely, without a doubt, they should be tried as adults.

"aggravated assault" my ass. All 3 should be charged with attempted murder. And bail hearings? Bullshit, they should be kept in custody until the case is before the court with time served applied against whatever pathetic sentence the still-bleeding-heart system will hand down.

...this just in...in a shocking development the crown has asked the judge to throw out the current constley case in favour of the five cent solution....one bullet, back of the head, all three girls. The judge agreed citing in his reasons for agreeing that 'these girls have obviously shown that they cannot live/participate properly in a society such as it is, and therefore instead of locking these delinquents up and supporthing them with tax money, we will be making Canada a better place by sending these three cu*ts to the firing wall...end quote....
