It was only a matter of time that the "reverse onus" would be challenged. The sad part is it can actually be struck down when you really look at the written statute.
I must give harper credit, it was a good law passed in order to prevent or slightly disrupt criminal behavior, however it probably won't stand, maybe the judge will give parliament a chance to modify it in accordance with the charter.
