Crocs are moronic? They're just footwear, and looking down on someone like that is no better than looking down on someone because they're not wearing designer shoes - it just makes you a pretentious snob.

I bought a pair of these:

Because I needed a pair of sandals this summer and that's what they had at the store I went to. Apparently not going out of my way to avoid buying a perfectly good pair of sandals makes me a moron, does it?

I just find it a little hypocritical that on another thread you said that anyone who judged you because of your tattoos wasn't worth your time, yet you're perfectly willing to judge someone by what shoes are on their feet.

Once your kid grows out of Robeez there’s no better footwear for them than Crocs. Tonnes of bright colours, nearly indestructible and dishwasher safe. What more could you want.

A few weeks ago my four-year-old managed to tare the heal strap off one of his Crocs, the rivet broke off at the same time. I emailed Crocs customer service and they sent me a new set of straps and rivets at no charge.

Sales of Crocs [world-wide],and profits, plummeted this year.
The share value is down 88% since January.

Something equally weird-looking will no doubt replace them.
They were quite a fad....but just a fad after all.
