If Athiests would accept that, then I'd agree.

They won't, however. Their crusade against religion won't allow it. They want absolute scientific proof of God though they seem unwilling to offer absolute scientific proof that there is no God.

Well thats because when you say to an atheist that 'oh I dont have evidence for what a believe and I dont need any' they feel you are sticking your head in the sand and rejecting reason.

Why should religious groups be able to make billboards, radio and television ads, but atheists not be allowed their own crusade?

Yeah. Maybe Winnipeg is unique having Bruce Martin from Calvary Temple. Could be just a local thing. He's regularly telling people via advertising that they are miserable, and they should "Come Investigate Jesus" to solve all their problems.
