I'm more petty. All Chinese imports must be inspected by the DnD procurement team... meaning all the shit China exports to Canada will take 30 years to get inspected.

And all Chinese citizens must have a visa to travel to Canada. Those visas are only good for 3 days. You must be in China to renew the visa.

Chinese citizens already need a visa to visit Canada, although I think they can stay for up to 180 days depending on the reason:
