Did work for a local Band once, we used their name as their network password. Even half the members couldn't get the letters and apostrophes in the right order
They just renamed the park in Prince George to Lheidli T'enneh, and that's ok. Sign of the times, cultural historical recognition and all that. But Fort George Park was a hell of a lot easier to say.

Having lived on the outskirts of Vancouver for most of my life, I've come to the conclusion that Vancouver is a joke, along with most of the politicians holed up in Victoria, a beautiful little town on Vancouver Island and the current seat of British Columbia's government.

The way I'm reading they'd want it debuted during pride week as a permanent thing.

If it's temporary for Pride Day or whatever the heck their calling it these days, I think it's a great idea. But not permanent--too tacky.

For the Pride Parade or some event would be ok, but not a permanent thing. Probably just one of many dumb ideas people try to win support for.
