I guess "Mr. Chairman" forgot that the financial crisis happened with Bush at the helm, not Obama.

Nah, Obama has been a pussy with the banks and Wall St as well. Don't know if the Brits are really being any tougher though - everybody seems to have rushed to socialize losses, as usual.
