stratos stratos:
There is a major difference between over charging for a product while under paying employees vs. taking money away from someone JUST because they have more than you think they should.
When you then use those funds that you've immorally obtained to lobby politicians to keep the status quo, keeping your ability to rob your own employees, can you really claim moral superiority to outright theft?

Public_Domain Public_Domain:
you don't end up with a billion dollars without stealing it from thousands of people.

When it comes to the fucking communists you're right!! [B-o]

$1:
One estimate suggests (Fidel Castro) had an annual income of $150 million, allowing Fidel Castro’s net worth to grow over the course of his adult life. Plus, he likely had a range of other assets, like vehicles, boats, and valuables, which are part of the total.

Before his death in November 2016, Fidel Castro’s net worth was estimated at $900 million. However, as certain information about the infamous Cuban leader is hard to come by, it could have been higher.

$1:
Hugo Chavez net worth: Hugo Chavez was a Venezuelan politician who had a net worth of $1 billion at the time of his death on March 5th 2013. A 2010 report from Criminal Justice International Associates (CJIA), a global risk assessment and threat mitigation firm estimated that the Chavez family assets totaled between $1 and $2 billion USD. The vast majority of these assets are oil related and were controlled by Hugo himself prior to his death.

The head of the CJIA, Jerry Brewer, asserted that since Hugo's rise to power in 1999, the extended family has amassed its fortune through both legal and illegal methods. Brewer further estimates that the Chavez family and hundreds of other criminal organization have "subtracted $100 billion out of the nearly $1 trillion in oil income made by PDVSA (Venezuela's state controlled oil company), since 1999."

Yes in law theft is illegal. Using your money to maintain your status in society and business is NOT against the law, unless it is in Canada.

And the loudest whine comes from the land where they can expropriate yours to build a WalMart....
posted by someone from BC where it was tradition to let all your party members know where the highway was proposed first, so they could buy up worthless land first and profit from expropriations....

I didn't say anything about law. I said morality.

You asked where someone can keep the moral high ground. I gave it to you , when you are within the law that the thieving is outside the lay. That's where the moral high ground is obtained.

But if you wish to get to that billons. 1) stop buying the product they are producing 2) come up with your own product and sell it.

Stop asking how you can take someone else's money, find ways to make your own money.

So fucking over your employees has a higher moral high ground than going over the speed limit? Having some pot in your pocket?

That's a terrible argument.

To even further the moral high ground how can you justify taking someone else's money / property when the have commited no breach of the law.

By taking their money or property you have become a thief and that is exactly what you have claimed to be against.

I did stop buying their product. Why do you insist on making excuses for unethical practices of businesses?
