I heard on the radio that there's a non profit lobby in Ontario trying to get a bill moved forward that will extend the minimum amount of time served in jail before parole eligibility, plus the want minimum sentences to be served sequentially instead of concurrently.

If this maggot violated more than one child, there should be no freebies. Each offence should require that he stay in jail for another minimum sentence.

Personally, I think the minimum sentence reform is something that death penalty opponents and proponents should collectively join forces to support, don't you?
