The result is one: the security stuff of jail is not working conscientiously.

Such incidents obviously open the door to lawsuits, said Victoria lawyer Erik Magraken
That says it all to me, not to lessen or deny the facts she is claiming but given the coverage this incident received it's entirely possable she is escallating or even fabricating her side of the story to agree with a law suit. Again I'm not saying this is the case just that it's possible.

Maybe the "victim" was too drunk to consent. But then why couldn't the "agressor" have been to drunk to form intent? Maybe it all evens out.

I'm pretty sure Billypilgrim is joking on this one. He just needs to know how to use the smilies. If he isn't joking, we'll ban his sorry ass in no time.

Actually, a written agreement is always a good idea, so there's no he said she said, or in this case she said she said, stuff afterwards. Preferably notarized, and spelling out in detail each act that will be engaged in, duration, frequency and intensity of each act, and who calls who the next couple of days.

Are you saying that to have sex, you need to marry her first? No, you should just get it in writing that she agrees to have sex with you and what specifically you're both agreeing to. Otherwise she can later claim she didn't consent, and they're going to believe her, not you.

Either he has a fucked up sense of humour, or he is dead serious. Both are reasons to be called on his shit
