Why must "God" use supernatural means?

I thats how God did everything :?

God is supernatural, but if we grant that He created the natural world, then we must presume that He could use natural means to achieve His ends if He wished.

If god is all-powerful, can he create a rock he cannot lift? And if he cannot lift it, is he really all-powerful?
