I'm not sure which country I live in anymore, Canada or Vladimir Putin's Russia.

There's definate advantages of the government speaking from one place and always in the same way and those people who slag Harper for this are being ignorant of how Chretien ran his government.

Another example of that old saying: If you chose to ignore history, you're bound to vote Liberal"
