Skype or even other services like this are great. The problem with Skype is they do not have inbound Canadian numbers. This means that you would have to find something else for inbound calling, but for outbound calling it's great. !4.00 for the whole year, and you can call long distance to anywhere in Canada and the States, you can use Skype as a regular viop phone.

If they get inbound numbers, watch out Bell and "Rogers". Many people actually use Skype as there home phone, or would like to.
