I think so. I have no quest for it. I think its when you achieve a victory without losing any soldiers.

Now might be a good time for a dedicated thread like Akariam. The chat window leaves a lot to be desired for keeping up on all the raiding and pillaging and war stuff that is starting to happen. I'll assume even the non-CKA folk in the alliance will be able to post.

and in order to succeed against the nuts that spend 30-40 hours per week on the game, you will need to dedicate a great deal of time to it.

take my advice, ask yourself if this game is returning value back to you that is proportional to the amount of time you are spending?

FYI, I re-speced one of my heroes and it takes 2 days or so. Afterwards, the hero has all of his experience points and no skills, and re-training (for those skills) take zero time.
