I looked at it, but didn't sign up.

It reminded me of Sims a bit, excpet you can go arond and beat other people up/rob them. Honestly, I probably would have signed up if there were better starting cities (LA, Dallas, NY, Rome, Sydney, and London). If they would have a Canadian city or other cool cities (Cairo, Tokyo, Shanghai, Rio de Janiero for example) I probably would have signed up.
