Just to let ya'll know that the Tim Hortons website is now hosted in Ohio USA, in the same city as Wendy's head office, Timmy's new owner.
We launched into some research because Tim Hortons is building a drive-thru in our neighbourhood at a compromised intersection where it is too dangerous to put the entrance/exit to the drive-thru on the main street. So, they decided to put it on the side street that ends about 60m later at the school's front doors and drop-off zone. Yes, the community protested.
To boot, Tim Hortons will require drive-thru customers to wait in line where an 18-wheeler came down the hill and smashed through the previous business (a significant reason the location became available).
That's not very Canadian.
