My new video / DVD ‘Making Fitness Fun’ is almost ready. This weight training video / DVD were shot two weeks before my figure show at the BCs, in Canada. It will be available on 2 VHS tapes or on one complete DVD! Pick up a copy and I will be your training partner twice a week and we'll train together at your place! While you are finishing a couple sets I'll be showing you different ways to train the same body part at the gym!
