Joke sites against the Liberals are continually being investgated or watched by their lawyers. The "kids for Volpe" was one of my faves and they tried pretty hard to squash that.
They tried to censor Harper with the Air India involvement but that didn't work so now their suing the Vancouver Sun. Liberals need lots of money because they need to pay those lawyers.

Uh. Just like in any party there are a few bad apples, but I doubt the whole party is an enemy of free speech. :?

First off, this is the problem with public domain sites. They rely on users to police themselves, and so they ask very few questions whenever a violation is reported. Because they don't charge for use of their site, they have the luxury of removing users as they deem fit, just to be on the safe side.

Secondly, some of the anti-Liberal YouTube videos do violate copyright in one way or another. Let's consider that news networks hold the copyright to their broadcasts, and that the Liberal party naturally holds copyright to its own trademarks. Fair enough.

One of the videos in question -- the one that reveals that the Liberals have been withholding public documents from delivery -- violates few, if any, of these copyrights. The only copyright I wonder about relates to news footage of Mark Holland's press conference. This video, however, could have been taken by a Conservative staff member, as has been the case with many Liberal press conferences. It explains why they've redoubled their efforts in identifying and removing these individuals from their press conferences.

You could also say they are the enemies of Freedom of Religeon, if you remember their threats against churchs that didnt "Shut Up"

The LPoC abandoned Liberalism for Totalitarian Socialism a long time ago

I would argue that the Liberals coopted a socialist agenda with neoconservative practices.
