Justin's a smart, charismatic guy. I hope he does enter politics, but I hope he does so to establish himself as something other than his fathers son.

He'd need to show me that he has sound political instincts and real character before I would back him for leader.

Personally I can't help but think that the Trudeau who should get the attention is Sascha.

Justin Trudeau set to enter federal politics: report

CTV.ca News Staff

Justin Trudeau is set to enter federal politics and seek a seat in the Montreal riding of Outremont, according to a report.

I think this is a bad idea. Look at the recent history of sons taking after their father.

George Bush senior's son G.W. took after his father and look at the mess he got his country into. Look at the mess he got the world into.

If Justin Trudeau is only 1/10th as bad as G.W.is, Canada would be a ruin after 4 years.

The last thing Canada needs is another politician who's been brought up with a silver spoon and doesn't have a clue how the "average" Canadian lives.

The problem is that he brings nothing new.
Everything he says he a copy of his father's thoughts.

Even if I don't really like PET, he was brilliant and a great politician. Justin is only the son and has nothing exceptional.

Hey, he is teaching geography....

The last thing Canada needs is another Trudeau. The scum of the first Tudeau is just wearing off, we don't need another slimey Trudeau putting his slime on anything.

BTW, how do I get a conservative Avatar on my Profile?

Not if you're the Canadian media. Have you actually watched Ben Mulroney or listened to Celine Dion?
It's not like their working on talent there.

Fifeboy. Considering all the jokes about Harpers hair, I'd have guessed his wife cuts it. :D

PET wasn't brillant and a great poltician. He was an egocentric asshole. He did more to move Canada toward falling apart than any leader in our history. He split Canada in 3rds and you think he was brillant...Give me a break.

Really good point. Although Dion seems to be popular, I can't stand her music. Vegas eh! She and Wayne Newton should hook up.

I still bet he has some hairdresser named Carlos do it. It's just he is such a geek he can't look any better.
