This pamphlet came in the mail tonight:

$1:
Alberta will play an important role in bringing the environment and economy together

A Liberal government would see Alberta play an important role in the challenge if bringing the economy and environment together to build a richer fairer abd greener Canada, Liberal Leader Stephane Dion said recently in a speech at the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce.

"If there is a place in the worked where there is much to gain in bringing the environment and the economy together, it is Alberta" said Mr. Dion. "There is much to do and so much innovation to unleash, so there is a great deal of money to be made. Albertans are eager to act for the sake of the environment, the economy and their role in the world"

Mr. Dion lauded Alberta for championing wind power and taking the lead in supplying Canada's burgeoning ethanol, bio-diesel and bio-fuel industries, With the provinces existing advantage in renewable energy, Mr. Dion said Albertans are in a strong position to benefit from the Liberals' ambitious renewable energy strategy to reach 12,000 megawatts of low-impact renewable energy by 2015. The goal is to provide enough electricity to run three million homes and generate $25 billion in investments.

He said the province would also benefit from the Liberal plan to decrease industrial emissions...

Damn I was going to type it out just for the typing practise, but my eyes filled up with bullshit so badly I can barely see the screen.

Can anyone find this pamphlet on the internet? it'll save me the typing.

So you don't like the pamphlet. BFD. I get pamphlets from the Bloc Québécois like twice a month. And I rip them up, and put them in the garbage. The REGULAR garbage... because that shit is not even fit to recycle. That shit's goin' to the dump where it belongs.

Matter of fact, I got one just yesterday... and they always include a thing you can send back to them saying that you agree with whatever bullshit they're hawking. Sadly, they never include anything where you can tell them to shove it up their ass.

What to do with a suspicious letter
Remain calm
Leave the package where it is
Remove any clothing that has powder or liquid on it and seal it in a plastic bag
Get everyone out of the room and close the door
Wash your hands or shower with soap and water
Call 911 (or the emergency response number in your area)
Wait in a safe place until the police/fire arrive

If they included a postage paid envelope for your donation, stuff some of those free coupons you get in the mail and send them those.

Basically the LIBRANOs are saying,

"We are here to save you by shutting down the oil patch and shutting the province down".

I am ashamed of Alberta----don't you have any tar and feathers----or a rail.

We never know when he's coming, He flys in under the cover of darkness and we never know when he's here. Kind of like the way he ended up in Kabul.

Ripcat Ripcat:

"Judge me on my record; I am the heir of the Liberal economic successes of the 1990s...."

Looks like Dion doesn't want to distance himself from the Liberal parties of the past, and rebuild a better Liberal party( ie adscam, gun registry, EI theft).

That's too bad, we've already rejected the old Liberal party under Martin's leadership, and Martin is 10 times better leader than Dion.

Not exactly where the "BS" is in that. Other than possibly that it comes from a Politician. :D Generally speaking though it is quite factual or could very well be factual.

for starters, we could ask Dion about the 'financial successes' of his party. I heard they are in debt up to their eyeballs. Whats the problem? the liberal party doesn't have an EI fund that they can steal money from to balance their books?

various parties and candidates send out pamplets all the time , but i'm surprised liberals would waste there money in unwinnable ridings in alberta .
but maybe they have nothing better to do.

i'm in ontario and haven't seen any thing from them for a while , think last year was last time i saw anything in mail and that was a year ago i'm guessing.

That has nothing to do with what was in your original post.
