Isn't this just lovely. More money out of our pockets to treat people infected with HIV and AIDS that aren't from Canada. As if they didn't have this planned out before coming. They should all be ashamed but I bet they're all laughing at the moment. I wonder how much refugees are subsidized here in Canada.

One hundred and thirty-seven delegates to last month's International AIDS Conference in Toronto have claimed refugee status in Canada.
The claimants, most of whom have HIV/AIDS, include a large contingent of women from South Africa, El Salvador, Eritrea, Uganda and Zimbabwe. They are staying at Toronto hostels awaiting hearing dates before an immigration board.
Many of those infected with HIV say they face severe discrimination in their home countries.
