Canada was excluded for 2 reasons:

1: Nuke subs are a no go zone for liberals.

2: GDP spending on military is well below standard. We would be a waste of money as there is no existing platform to invest into. South Korea would provide much better returns. We need to have long term, consistent and stable funding for our military and stop using it as a photo-op.
