Put the pic on army.ca some there might know. It looks like a grenad launcher, perhaps a gun for riot control??? Not sure...

Took a second look....is the trigger functional? Muzzle is pretty detailed. At first look it reminded me of a stage prop.... my first impression could might well be wrong.

Scope mount is metal (steel or aluminium) you can see the welding beads.

As C123 would say, probably planted by the Bush regime.

My (pulled out of my ass) guess would be a home-made lancher for RPG-7 grenades.

It's a ping-pong ball gun.

It is an improvised grenade launching gun, from the looks of it. Probably made to fire any type of launched grenade like the m-203 that is captured, as the Iraqis figured they would be stuck fighting long after their weapons would run out of ordinance and would have to start using enemy ordinance instead. Just a guess, though.

Looks like a Super Scope 6. Slightly modified of course.

Why is there a scope if they're launching something that big with a stubby barrel? Plus the scope looks like it mounted on the side. Looks like it's made to imitate a weapon for whatever reason.
