Not if they strategicley placed it in Macauly Point with the other PMQ's. The odour there is enough to drop that extra zero from the price tag.

We lived on Thetis Cres. Down the hill from John Stubbs. When I was younger we lived on Virago. In 76 dad sort of left the military and we went to Flin Flon where he worked deep underground...and not as a miner. I only lasted a few months shy of a year and ended up going back to Colwood until Grade 9.
