In the list of 16 presented? Not at all. We beat Japan and France but nations such as the Netherlands, Norway, Finland and Sweden are all absent. Australia didn't even make the list and only 1 nation from South America?

You're absolutely right. Forget the fact that we're in Afghanistan, the Balkans, helping people in Africa and in other troubleed spots int he world. Forget the fact that we supplied the African Union with training and armoured vehicles to help fight chaos in Africa. Forget the fact that we are in Haiti training to bring some peace and order.

Could it be that its because Canada is viewed as non offensive (for the most part).

As for not being involved in the world. WTF What about all those peace keeping missions they go on at the request of the U.N. and their current Afgan mission in support of the US and other Allies. GB time to wake up and find out that England is not the major power player it used to be in the world.
