I was thinking about a new section for the site.
A place to post maps of Canada, historical maps and such.

Do people thing this is a good idea?
would people be willing to help find and subit maps to the collection.

I can give you maps to all the foot trails in southern Alberta,along with snowmobile trails(check my www link) and by next year I should have all of central Alberta graded up and could give you map's of all the range roads. Mostly roads to nowhere.


And for all you spelling freaks........I spelt it rite this time. Where.Where Where,so there.

image files would be the best, JPG or PNG.
I guess i could make it handle PDF's as well.

I don't know how to use URL thing so I used imageshack to host that pic.If only we could download from our own galleries.

A CKA member location map would be a neat idea to. You know, the type with little red dots to show where members are located (names omitted of course). Oh hey, maybe we can make a transperancy for Google Earth! Anyone know how to do that???

NEW MAPS SECTION!

Ok i worked on this tonight and its pretty much ready. I used a lot of the same code from the Gallery.

The new Canadian maps section is here:

www.canadaka.net/maps

so people can start submitting maps, check over the categories, there is also categories inside categories. If you have a suggestion for another map category let me know.
