I havent read Rainbow 6. It is a valid possibility, especially with the new Race-Specific Weapons-

“The Defense Threat Reduction Agency” in Dulles , Virginia, http://www.acq.osd.mil/sadbu/sbir/solic ... tra001.htm where they play War Games and are aware that if the US uses nukes on Iran ---China will use “Race Specific Bio-Weapons” --- to retaliate against the US. Their weapons kill everyone except Asians.

The DTRA at Dulles was trying to come up in a War Game with a way that China could be countered. They know that anyway the Chinese Govt. has a policy, that because they are running out of living space they want to use “Race Specific Biological Weapons on Australia, Canada and the USA http://www.peace.ca/racetargetablebioweapons.htm

The US Army War College in a paper on, “Conflicts Short of War”, they talk about weapons that target specific ethnic groups themselves.

Note: Israel has admitted they have such weapons----that target everyone except Jews.

Corruption within sovereign government is another angle, to weaken our trust and desire to continue our national democracy. It will become necassary to expose corruption in massive scale to remove any remaining trust in the powers that be. Some researchers will unknowingly assist by 'making discoveries' they have been either lucky or led to find which will further degrade our trust in local gov.

Uniting Religion is another aspect to the One World System. Religious ideologies are the number one reason for mankinds lack of ability to peacefully co-exist. Led by the Vatican and other possible Zionist/ Evangelical front men, they will seek to convince people of all faiths, 'we all worship the same god, those who refuse to conform would be 'terrorists' as already defined by the flyer being passed around law enforcement in the states.

Environmental groups as well as the worlds leading scientific voices will start pushing even more violently the need for population control in order to provide 'sustainable development of the earth and solidify the existance of the human race.(population control has been going on for decades.)

Natural disasters, (some of them possibly man-made) will wreak havoc and kill a few million.

World War will eliminate large numbers of males who may pose a threat, and massive nuclear fallout could render large sections of planet earth uninhabbitable. DU and other weapons of nuclear waste will pollute the earth in the 'free zones' and make those who decide to hide out and continue producing offspring to....die off such as what is happening now in areas of the middle east as illustrated by this VERY GRAPHIC flash on DU:

http://www.thelastoutpost.com/site/1013/default.aspx

Once again, there are many possible ways to bring it about, and their preffered method is to birth it from crisis, especially global ones. Order out of Chaos.

They view the world populace as 'useless eaters', cattle or 'goyim'. They view us as brain dead consumers, wasting more than our fair share. They view themselves as the evolved human, because they can look past the need for self preservation and recognize the greater good of the earth, and that many humans will have to die to protect the future. But they themselves wont be the ones volunteering for the gas chamber. They have a sense of entitlement, and superiority to the useless eaters. They are tired of sharing the world with us, and quite frankly, with what is available at their fingertips, they dont have to anymore. They want the world to themselves, they want a managable population they can control, and they want to sit like kings atop all the resources of the world, while hoarding life extension technologies for themselves. That is, thats how I see some of it transpiring, all I really know for sure, is that these men such as Bush and Harper and Blair are all striving towards a concept which has been sought after for millenia. One rule over the world, without god.

Top Scientist Advocates Mass Culling 90% Of Human Population
Fellow professors and scientists applause and roar approval at elite's twisted and genocidal population control agenda

Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones/Prison Planet.com | April 3 2006

A top scientist gave a speech to the Texas Academy of Science last month in which he advocated the need to exterminate 90% of the population through the airborne ebola virus. Dr. Eric R. Pianka's chilling comments, and their enthusiastic reception again underscore the elite's agenda to enact horrifying measures of population control.

Pianka's speech was ordered to be kept off the record before it began as cameras were turned away and hundreds of students, scientists and professors sat in attendance.

Saying the public was not ready to hear the information presented, Pianka began by exclaiming, “We're no better than bacteria!”, as he jumped into a doomsday malthusian rant about overpopulation destroying the earth.

Standing in front of a slide of human skulls, Pianka gleefully advocated airborne ebola as his preferred method of exterminating the necessary 90% of humans, choosing it over AIDS because of its faster kill period. Ebola victims suffer the most tortuous deaths imaginable as the virus kills by liquefying the internal organs. The body literally dissolves as the victim writhes in pain bleeding from every orifice.

Pianka then cited the Peak Oil fraud as another reason to initiate global genocide. “And the fossil fuels are running out,” he said, “so I think we may have to cut back to two billion, which would be about one-third as many people.”

Later, the scientist welcomed the potential devastation of bird flu and spoke glowingly of China's enforced one child policy, before zestfully commenting, “We need to sterilize everybody on the Earth.”

At the end of Pianka's speech the audience erupted not to a chorus of boos and hisses but to a raucous reception of applause and cheers as audience members clammered to get close to the scientist to ask him follow up questions. Pianka was later presented with a distinguished scientist award by the Academy. Pianka is no crackpot. He has given lectures to prestigious universities worldwide.

One horrified observer was able to make notes on the speech and our gratitude goes to Forrest M. Mims for bringing this sickening display to the attention of the world.

Throughout history elites have invented justification for barbaric practices as a cover for their true agenda of absolute power and control over populations. Up until the 19th century, the transatlantic slave trade was justified by saying that the practice was biblical and therefore morally redeemable in nature, despite the fact that no such bible passage exists.

From 1932 until 1972, the Tuskegee Study Group (pictured below) deliberately infected poor black communities in Alabama with syphilis without their consent and withheld treatment as the diseased rampaged through the town killing families.

In 1951 the Israeli government used US government provided technology to irradiate 100,000 Jewish children in a mass atomic experiment with an entire generation of Sephardi youths used as guinea pigs. 6,000 died immediately after the experiments and the rest suffered for the rest of their lives with debilitating illnesses and cancer.

Pianka's doomsday warning of the population bomb, for which Mims claims he presented no evidence whatsoever, is complete pseudo-science. Populations in developed countries are declining and only in third world countries is it expanding dramatically. Industrialization itself levels out population trends and even despite this world population models routinely show that the earth's population will level out at 9 billion in 2050 and slowly decline after that. "The population of the most developed countries will remain virtually unchanged at 1.2 billion until 2050," states a United Nations report. Conservation International's own study revealed that 46% of the earth's surface was an untouched wilderness, that is land areas not including sea. It is commonly accepted that the entire world population could all fit into the state of Texas and each have an acre of their own land.

Think about the magnitude of Pianka's statements. He wants to kill nine out of every ten members of your family and he wants to kill them in one of the most painful and agonizing ways imaginable.

If Pianka, or 'The Lizard Man' as he likes to be called, is so vehement in the necessity of culling the human population will he step forward to be the first one in line? Will he sacrifice his children for the so-called greater good of the planet? We somehow doubt it.

Will the students who so enthusiastically greeted his ideas go home and kill themselves for the cause if it is so righteous?

It was noted how Pianka presented his argument with the kind of glee that you would see in a demented serial killer before dispatching his victim. This is an attitude we have encountered again and again. To discuss killing 90% of the world's population via a horrific plague is sick enough within itself but you would at least expect its advocates to be serious and sober in their approach to the subject. The opposite seems to be the case, where the subject is aired in a context of lighthearted lip-smacking and hand-rubbing as if the individual was about to sink his teeth into a T-bone steak.

This window gives us a clear view of exactly why these deranged bastards encompass this ideology. They love death and their lives are motivated by dark influences very different to you or I.

Pianka's approval of how the Chinese police state effectively controlled their population tells us that this rhetoric is just the glue that holds together the true agenda of the elite. A staged bio-attack blamed on terrorists could be the perfect cover for enacting the program of population reduction and the usurpation of our remaining freedoms.

In the 21st century the elite are concerned that from over 6 billion people might spring a new elite to challenge their stranglehold on the reigns of power. This is one reason for desire to cull the population down to a manageable level. Another is control over the behavior of the existing serfs and herding them like cattle into the slaughter house.

As we have documented, members of the elite are quite open in their feverish lust to commit mass murder and ethnic cleansing. In the foreword to his biography If I Were An Animal, Prince Philip wrote, "In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation."

National Security Memo 200, dated April 24, 1974, and titled "Implications of world wide population growth for U.S. security & overseas interests," says:

"Dr. Henry Kissinger proposed in his memorandum to the NSC that "depopulation should be the highest priority of U.S. foreign policy towards the Third World." He quoted reasons of national security, and because `(t)he U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less-developed countries ... Wherever a lessening of population can increase the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resources, supplies and to the economic interests of U.S."

Kissinger prepared a depopulation manifesto for President Jimmy Carter called 'Global 2000' which detailed using food as a weapon to depopulate the third world.

One of the most chilling admissions of deadly intent came from the lips of the late Jacques Cousteau, the sainted environmental icon. In an interview with the UNESCO Courier for November 1991 the famed oceanographer said:

"The damage people cause to the planet is a function of demographics — it is equal to the degree of development. One American burdens the earth much more than twenty Bangaladeshes. The damage is directly linked to consumption. Our society is turning toward more and needless consumption. It is a vicious circle that I compare to cancer...."

"This is a terrible thing to say. In order to stabilize world population, we must eliminate 350,000 people per day. It is a horrible thing to say, but it’s just as bad not to say it."

The Melbourne Age reported on recently uncovered documents detailing Nobel Peace Prize winning microbiologist Sir Macfarlane Burnet's plan to help the Australian government develop biological weapons for use against Indonesia and other "overpopulated" countries of South-East Asia.

Pianka's ideology is in the same league as Hitler, Pol Pot, and the rest of history's despots who advocated mass extermination and had the temerity to dress it up in a 'noble' Straussian facade. We demand that he be investigated for openly calling for mass murder and in the meantime we encourage everyone to click here and e mail Pianka, enabling him to receive your feedback about his wish that you and your entire family die.

The Myth of Overpopulation
Overpopulation is a relative term, usually related to such factors as food, resources, and living space, according to Dr. David Osterfeld, professor of Political Science at Saint Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Indiana. He notes, "Food production has outpaced population growth, on average, one percent per year ever since global food data began being collected in the late 1940s."
Many experts believe "that even with no advances in science or technology we currently have the capacity to feed adequately, on a sustainable basis, 40 to 50 billion people, or about eight to ten times the current world population." Where people are hungry, he points out, "it is because of war (Somalia, Ethiopia) or government policies that...penalize farmers by taxing them at prohibitive rates (e.g., Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya), not because population is exceeding the natural limits of what the world can support."

Resources, too, "have become more abundant over time. Practically all resources, including energy, are cheaper now than ever before. Relative to wages, natural resource prices in the United States in 1990 were only one-half what they were in 1950, and just one-fifth their price in 1900. Prices outside the United States show similar trends."

And when it comes to living space, "if the entire population of the world were placed in the state of Alaska, every individual would receive nearly 3,500 square feet of space, or about one-half the size of the average American family homestead with front and back yards" . Planet-wide, less than "one-half of one percent of the world's ice-free land area is used for human settlements," and there are now "more houses, ore floor space, and more rooms per person than ever before."

"In short," Dr. Osterfeld concludes, "although there are now more people in the world than ever before, by any meaningful measure the world is actually becoming relatively less populated".

THE UN PLAN FOR GLOBAL MIGRATION

By Berit Kjos

June 13, 2006

NewsWithViews.com

"The implications for state sovereignty are also complex.... All states should establish coherent national migration policies that are ... consistent with international treaty law."[1] Global Commission on International Migration

"Why, oh why, is Bush so stubbornly rejecting the advice of his supporters even though that advice is consistent with the thunderous message from public opinion surveys?"[2] Phyllis Schlafly

A borderless world! Social solidarity! Economic equality! Housing and health for all! The feel-good togetherness of serving the greater whole.... The list of utopian promises stretches the imagination. How can this dream be fulfilled? What will it cost? Why is migration vital to this process? How free is our president to block this transformational plan?

The dream of a New World Order was born long before socialist visionaries (including Franklin Roosevelt and the leaders of the Federal Council of Churches) enthroned Communist Alger Hiss as the first head of the United Nations.[3] [See The Revolutionary Roots of the UN] Hiss was the primary author of The UN Charter, which summarized its vision in noble terms that few could criticize.

"WE THE PEOPLES OF THE UNITED NATIONS," it began, "DETERMINED to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war... to establish conditions under which justice and respect for the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law can be maintained... and for these ends to practice tolerance and... to employ international machinery for the promotion of the economic and social advancement of all.... Accordingly, our respective Governments, through representatives assembled in the city of San Francisco... do hereby establish an international organization to be known as the United Nations."[4]

It took the Second World War to make the new system acceptable to the people. In the wake of that useful crisis, the masses willingly embraced the UN promise of "economic and social advancement of all" under the guiding hand of the new "international machinery."

In the decades that followed, most people seemed to dismiss UN treaties and declarations as "soft laws" and policies with little effect on national sovereignty. They didn't know the many ways UN declarations would permeate national laws and policies. The mainstream media didn't tell us. So when the "The Global Commission on International Migration was launched by the United Nations Secretary-General and a number of governments on December 9, 2003," few saw the red lights.[5]

But America is awakening. An immigrant-friendly nation, it has welcomed grateful immigrants from around the world into its system. Now, it faces a new kind of migration -- one that intentionally clashes with everything we have valued and shared. Thomas Sowell summarizes some of its more obvious problems:

"Under affirmative action, combined with amnesty, [illegals] would have preferences in jobs and other benefits. Those who set up their own businesses would be entitled to preferences in getting government contracts. Their children would be able to get into college ahead of the children of American citizens with better academic qualifications. ... [I]f an illegal alien gets stopped for going through a red light... in many communities the cop is forbidden to arrest him.... Under a provision recently passed by the Senate, illegal aliens who forged Social Security cards not only get a pass, they get to collect Social Security benefits."[6]

This legalized lawlessness fuels the "crisis" needed to persuade the masses to accept mass surveillance, universal data collection, and other intrusive strategies for worldwide control. And it gets worse:

"Based on a one-year in-depth study, a researcher estimates there are about 240,000 illegal immigrant sex offenders in the United States who have had an average of four victims each."[7]

"The immigration reform bill now under congressional consideration would grant amnesty to some 10 million illegal immigrants.... Within two decades, the character of the nation would differ dramatically from what exists today."[8]

"When Sept. 11 hijackers Hani Hanjour and Khalid Almihdhar needed help getting fraudulent government-issued photo IDs before embarking on their suicide mission, they hopped into a van and headed to the parking lot of a 7-Eleven store in Falls Church, Va. That's where scores of illegal alien day laborers ply bogus identity documents to other illegal aliens from around the world."[9]

A web of secrecy and a flood of misleading propaganda hides the truth from taxpayers who cover the costs. For example, the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America undermines both security and prosperity for ordinary people. Wondering why elected leaders ignore their pleas, many face rising lawlessness, litter, lost jobs, and fear of violence.[10]

The reasons are actually simple. International regulations have already bound the nations around the world to regional as well as global laws and policies. To understand their aims, let's look at the United Nation's Report of the Global Commission on International Migration [GCIM]. Chapter 6 warns us that "international migration is a complex phenomenon," and most nations (states) recognize the importance of international migration and seek to address it in a way that enables them to respect their international obligations."[1] Might the word "respect" actually imply "obedience" to international guidelines?

AN ILLUSION OF NATI0NAL SOVEREIGNTY

The subtle language in many UN documents hides the assault on national sovereignty. While sounding affirmative, it undermines any "sovereign" action that might oppose UN policies. The UN Declaration on Human Rights illustrates this manipulative language well. Its Article 18 upholds "the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion..." Article 19 affirms "the right to freedom of opinion and expression...."

But Article 29 states that "these rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations." In other words, its promise of "human rights" does not apply to those who would criticize the UN or its policies. Nor does it apply to Christians who cling to God's "offensive" truths -- or refuse to follow UNESCO's Declaration on the Role of Religion in the Promotion of a Culture of Peace.[11]

The migration issue shifts national sovereignty onto the same slippery ground. In the numbered items below, notice the GCIM's promising assurance -- followed by a clear denial of traditional sovereignty:

"8.First, state sovereignty is the very basis for international cooperation...."

"9. Second, with sovereignty comes responsibility. As the International Commission on Intervention and State Sovereignty has
observed, recent years have witnessed a reorientation 'from sovereignty as control to sovereignty as responsibility in both internal functions and external duties.' Sovereignty as responsibility has become the minimum content of good international citizenship." [Note: That responsibility falls primarily on the "rich" developed nations considered capable of hosting, funding and managing the world's migrating human resources.]

"10. ...The European Union (EU) can be viewed as an example of a group of states that have retained their sovereignty [Have they?]..."

"11. ...States establish international bodies when certain issues... warrant a more formal and collective form of governance."[1]

All nations must "establish coherent national migration policies... consistent with international treaty law..." The following points show some of the ways nations must cooperate with regional and global policies.

"15. If states are to address the issue of international migration in a coherent manner, they must have... criteria for the entry and residents of non-citizens that are consistent with international law. ... [T]hey should at minimum address the following issues:

• family reunion, asylum, refugee protection and resettlement;

• the prevention of irregular migration and the promotion of regular migration [The Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act (CIRA) would add an extra 84 million legal immigrants to the nation's population];[8]

• integration, including the rights and obligations of migrants, citizens and the state...

• the protection of migrant rights."[12]

"17. All states should adopt a coherent approach to international migration that is consistent with international law and other relevant norms...."

"21. ...This in turn requires effective data collection, policy analysis, research, monitoring and evaluation...."

"23. ... develop an infrastructure that provides social, educational and legal assistance to migrants, and that helps the host society adapt to the presence of migrants; ensure that resident foreign nationals are effectively represented by migrant associations.... [12] [B]uild up a capacity for data collection and analysis, research, monitoring and evaluation."[1]

REGIONAL INTEGRATION

Regional integration, such as the European Union (EU), was planned long ago as a stepping stone toward global governance. Since the regulations for regionalism are established at the UN level, this initial merger of nations -- such as Canada, United States and Mexico -- redefines sovereignty and submits everyone to international controls. Ashley Mote, an independent member of the European Parliament, explains how this revolutionary system would swallow up any representative form of government:

"Even the EU's public face - the unelected commission - is part of the charade. Power does not lie with them. It lies with the senior staff running their departments, entrenched by some 3000 working groups and committees on which no elected MEP sits.... We do not know what their budgets are, how they are financed, or who approves their costs. Indeed, we do not even know what powers they have been given, nor by whom. And we cannot get rid of them....

"The EU would no longer be the servant of the member states. It would have become their master. Every previous treaty was a small step along that road.... The other 24 commissioners, each appointed by the other member states... are figure-heads. They take the flak in the public arena, and make announcements decided for them by their senior staff, with the guidance of the secret committees.

"...officially above the commission sits a Council of Ministers.... But the council is just more of the same elaborate illusion of accountable government. ... The European Parliament sits below this vast superstructure... designed to create an illusion of accountable democracy. A condescending pat on the head for voters held in contempt.

"...the EU’s parliament... is the repository of an unspoken agreement between the left and the multinationals. ... In effect, the left has said to the multinationals: you can have your markets stitched up for you, if we can indulge ourselves in endless social engineering. Big business has agreed. The result is a largely supportive parliament both from the left and right of the political divide."[13]

Today's euphemistic propaganda for regional governance continues to mislead the public. These statements by GCIM show only the positive side of the issue:

34. In the EU, for example, citizens of member states can move with relative ease from one country to another, enjoying the benefits of a common labour market."

35. Efforts have also been made to establish various types of economic integration and related freedom of movement agreements in other regions of the world, including the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)."

As an athiest I don't have occasion to say this very often, but conji, for the love of god, post something of your own. Your thoughts, your views, as you seem them.

Believe me, you are not going to get many to wade through all that. If you post where you are on a topic and how you got there, then maybe some will work through it all. Try integrating the links in the text of your own personal views like this example.

Point taken Wullu. There is just too many facets to go into, for now, I will just leave the links and quote the articles in my commentary.

That was good, I like that.

The way I see it, the only difference between posting a link and posting the entire article, one less click for the reader, less windows open simultaniously.

Conjuredcrisis,

There is an interesting movie that is being released today that perhaps you've heard of... Aaron Russo's Freedom to Facism. The website has some interesting promos, and a very good interview. This movie should hit about 1000 X harder than Michael Moores, as long as it can get a nationwide release in theatres. It looks like it is only being released in half a dozen major cities across the US... but that could change.

Check it out, if you haven't already.

And with the influx of conspiracy theorists that have invaded this board as of late....i think they should be given their own little section where they can cut n paste back and forth to their hearts content. If your going to try and make this site a CT site and do the major cut n pastes without responding to anything in it then I cant see why it should be on the main page,a seperate category where you CT's can congregate would be welcomed by most I would think. Most of the CT stuff I have seen on here lately I saw 5 years ago, same articles, same sources, the folks you target via internet forums didnt believe most of it 5 years ago so why do you think you could change their minds now?

Yeah, thanks Calgary123. I have been aware of it since it debued at the film festival. As soon as it opens in Vancouver, I'll be going to the line ups to pass out brochures and flyers for globaloutlook.ca as I have about 500 copies of their latest 11th issue monthly reader.

From what I have seen, this movie goes into the money fraud system, the Federal Reserve, CFR, Trilateral comission etc, as well the roots of fascism in the court system, and of course, 911. I expect it to be much more indepth and factual than the Bush bashing, Kerry praising work of shill Micheal Moore.

Should be good!

No doubt,

I do hope that there will be a way to see this film in Calgary... either that or somehow over the internet, ie. if it gets posted in google video. Since you are a subscriber to globaloutlook mag, any idea when the next edition is set to come out? The last xtra large spring edition was nice to see after a long winter, but I was thinking that they should have a new one released soon. I'm looking forward to Barrie Zwickers new book - Towers of Deception. It was backordered to July 15th, and I've been anxiously waiting for this for 2 weeks, since I ordered it almost 2 months ago.

Yeah, the 11th issue is the new one, released June 7th/06 in Canada. I passed a few around the peace summit in Vancouver at the end of June to very warm receptions.
