Rev, on that note, it seems to me that while I may have started out harshly(like yourself I might add), I have attempted to amend my demeanor so it is less threatening to you. I don't think I'm terribly important at all, 2Cdo. Again, go back through the threads. You will find a pattern of people showing up here and singling others out, nyself included. You showed up and did the same. You outright stated that you were going to follow me around. How did you expect me to react?

I think you and the rest of our military are a very impressive group and I wish you all the best. I want a bigger and more able military for Canada. I want you guys to have everything you need to protect us and who ever needs our protection. I agree with you about the USA. I like their presence in the neighborhood as well. Anyway, you do come off pretty aggressive and your statement about Manitoba is a bit true but a cutting remark nonetheless. I grew up here in Man. .. lived in Calgary for 9 years and now I’m back. I am happy with map the way it is.
Canada and the U.S. are the same people that had very diffrent childhoods.
Their history and ours are so diffrent that of course they are gonna have diffrent views and ideas how the world should be.But I do disagree with many of the things Bush stands for I cannot complain about the last U.S. election cause we after all voted the Liberals in 4 times in a row.Bad calls on bothsides of the border.
I have never doubted that they would be there for us as we have been there for them diffrent ideas and all.

I'm quite happy with having the yanks to our south. Besides the trade and standard of living benefits, we don't have to spend hardly any money on defence and the yanks will never invade us. Its a 'win-win' all the way for Canada.

Don't get me wrong The NDP make a great protest party and really do keep alot of important issues from being swept under the rug but as a goverment they are just not realistic.
