Mr_Canada Mr_Canada: ManifestDestiny ManifestDestiny: freedom of speech is a wonderful thing. *raises eyebrow* I suppose? Not sure what that exactly has to do with any of this. I think he's pointing out your freedom of speech allows you to say some pretty stupid things.

I love how anti-American morons start taking massive stereotypes and pretend its actually the United States of America.
Christ I should start that with Canadians on how we're North America's retards, living in igloos and being fur traders and lumberjacks, without any culture of our own because we're too damn stupid.
See how moronic that is? And people throw the same shit with the US because for some reason we're "better" than them, or we're "smarter" than them, or we're more "enlightened". Its all bullshit.
What's worse, you, Mr. Canada, like alot of other rabid anti-Americans, pretend to know what America really is, when you honestly don't. America isn't just guns, or crime, or capitalism, or rednecks, or cowboys, or paranoid...its everything. The United States, has everything.
There is no American culture since America has so many cultures. New York City is different from San Fransisco which is different from Dallas which is different from Miami which is different from Billings. You can visit San Fransisco and think Americans are gay pansies. You can go to NYC and think Americans are rude arrogant assholes, not caring about anyone but themselves, you can go to Dallas and think Americans are cowboy rednecks, you can go to Miami and think Americans are lazy monkeys doing with more concern about their tan than the outside world, and you can go to Billings and think they're racist farmers.
Its all fucking bullshit, I could say the same damn thing about different Canadian cities and you'll piss yourself in anger. But you say shit about the United States and giggle like a 12 year old because you pretend to know a country that people spend their ENTIRE LIVES trying to figure out and failed.
People hate the United States barely understanding it, pretending a few charts you saw, or a few pictures, or a few articles, somehow captures the United States. I spent a good chunk of my life visiting and living in the United States, and what alot of people see the United States is basically wrong and flawed. It takes alot more to understand America than spending a few weekends in a Buffalo mall shopping for cheaper electronics and clothes.
The USA has flaws, to be sure, but so does Canada, and so does every country in the world. So somehow, the United States spent 300 years surviving and overcoming massive obstacles, and somehow having 300,000,000 people living in the same country without having the same ethnic conflicts that Canada has with the French or with the Aboriginals today.
That felt good. Now on a lighter note, his name reminds me of Celebrity Jeopardy, and to quote Burt Reynolds "Yeah, that's right. Turd Ferguson. It's a funny name."

Personally I've learned to love the US and the people there. I just hate the mrons in charge of the country. So do most Americans, they are just stuck choosing one idiot over another whenever they vote, and sometimes they fuck up, or the vote is rigged, or the courts get involved. It sucks but it happens.

Emo kids on welfare should be seen and not heard. Especially when their main motivation in life is clearly rooted in hatred and resentment towards others.

You can talk bad about anything and anyone, it takes very little talent and effort. I guess we tend to be quiet when things are good or positive. I find theres certain attitudes in the states we can adopt here, especially away from huge cities. The ability to rally together against a cause. Sure would like to see that here. We tend to be lambs and let ourselves get walked on.

Mr_Canada, it's too bad you think that way. I wish you could see what America really is, but you have your opinion set in stone.
I really do dare anyone to figure out what the American culture is. It's as elusive as WMDs in Iraq.

Canada isn't as greator as influential on the world stage as you think it is. America isn't as great as most Americans think it is. Both country's in my mind are fantastic in different ways. There are things you can do in the US that Canada will not allow. Like vote for judges and Senators although Canada is trying to change that. I am Canadian I am living in the US and I see the greatness of America that most Canadians will never see unless they live here. What really gets under most Canadians skin is that Americans really don't give a crap about Canada and don't know much about it. They have a complex about it. Get over it, in America's mind you are a cold country to the North and that is it. We really aren't that important to them. As long as you are happy as a Canadian then why would it matter what the US thinks about you. And your anti American rants don't really influence americans in any way and that is the truth. I dislike Liberals and rant about them all the time. I can tell you that I probably haven't influenced any Liberal to change his or her mind about how they vote. And that it that.
