Most Canadians always rant that American beer is water. Guess you guys like water.

Well since the Budweiser here in Canada is brewed by labbatts. I fail to see where it would taste like water

Personally, I hate Budweiser (ever since I got soooo sick drinking it once, but I didn't like the taste much), and I don't really like Molson Canadian either. My beer of choice is Labatt's Genuine Draft. I don't buy beer on whether it's Canadian or American, or which beer has the best commercials, I buy it for the taste.

First off, beer is beer. If you want to get plastered any beer will do.

Personally though, I like Marca Bavaria and Heineken.

Im a whiskey guy, and I have tried both Canadian and American whiskeys. Canada's rye is much better. Jack Daniels, Wild Turkey, Jim Beam......it's harsh and not smooth. Forty Creek, Gibsons, Canadian Club.....those are good whiskeys/rye made here in Canada.

That's not much of an article...

"It's been the beneficiary of the trend towards lighter-tasting beers and the growing popularity of imports."

Why would anyone pay a premium price for a 2nd rate beer??Those that drink Bud should go back to ginger ale...
And Bud is not an import, it's brewed under licence in Canada which means Canadian jobs.

Some good imports are: Pilzner Urquell, Stella Artois and Warfteiner Premium Verum.

I also like Lakeport Honey Lager which is brewed in Hamilton ON and costs about $26 dollars for a case.

Canadian Bud tastes different than American Bud.

And THEY BOTH SUCK. The only reason I know what they taste like is I have a familly member who drinks the crap, came down here (Kentucky) to visit and left me a fridge full of Bud. Apears he didn't like the American version... *shrug*

Man your such a tool, even though it's more expensive, I've never had trouble finding the money to buy beer. Hell even in highschool. Nice try though.
