Hello,
I just moved from PEI to Halifax, NS and am having big trouble finding decent quotes on insurance for my 2004 nissan altima (4 door 2.5S). I was paying 140 a month for full coverage with RBC in Charlottetown (ive beendriving since 2001 in india but licensed in Canada with a class 5 license since October 2006 and have had auto insurance here since 2007 Nov - no accidents or anything.clean record. )Anyway so I moved here and called RBC to tell them about my change in address and guess what they said I have to pay now?...4400 a year..around 368$ a month!!! They tellme that the premium is "much higher" over here. I shopped around. called a bunch of places and got some online quotes and havent been able to find ANYTHING less thatn 193$. Can someone help me out here?? This sucks:(

I live outside of Halifax. I got with AA Munroe. They get quotes from several different places. They have pretty good prices.
