| This creates more of a mess really. SK has already introduced legislation banning any municipality from restricting firearms and JK here in Alberta has already said much to the same. If you wanted any more evidence that JT just likes to divide and crush parts of this 'nation' well...here you go! |

| not sure how this will keep these 'assault' weapons off the street, when you LET the owners KEEP them even if they cannot use them. Proof right there that the legit owners of these firearms are not the issue. Now the municipal handgun ban, won't pass any constitutional challenge. Lets hope there is ... |

| I think it is a good idea. It seems to be fairly balanced legislation, the family can still say no or as Caleb pointed out you can opt out of it. |
