I apologize if it's a duplicate ^___^ So uh... back onto how Canada Day is awesome, some photos from my afternoon :D The day is not yet over,...

Just as in the public, there's a fine line between freedom of speech and keeping the peace. The point of a fourm is to have good, open, non-hostile discussions on things. Nobody (well,... not many people) like to read a forum where it's just one big nonsensical shitstorm. In that respect, mods have ...

Your first post includes quotes from a Professor talking about the HISTORY of curriculum. He quotes from a text book used in 1935. Do you honestly think that this book is still in use? Do you think that the school curriculum has not changed? If this is what you think than I really, truly feel sorry...

Sorry for reviving this thread, but I read through it... I'm a first time voter for BC and I want to be informed but I still don't think I understand the options.

Anyone care to help out a BC politics n00b?

Particularly the pros and cons of this multi-vote thing...

It's true, there's tons of Asian product and malls out here. I hear that UBC is actually a very famous University overseas (not that it's a good school, I just find it odd that it would be known of!). So I think our cultural ties will help ward off an attack, however the fact that so many see a comi...

Oh so Private Healthcare is becoming pouplar in Canada,eh?... Y'know what? I think that's great! I think it's great because the US system is good in some ways but flawed and the Canadian system is good in someways but flawed. Zipperfish is completely correct in that we need some kind of blend of the...
