Stockwell Day had really turned his political career around after his disasterous stint as alliance leader . i think everyone in Ottawa may actually miss him once he leaves , he was doing a good job in cabinet the last few years .

i'm surpsised dalton didn't dump some money in the 2 by-elections in eastern ontario as he has brough new meaning to the term buy-election . although windsor is a liberal area provincially so there trying to save those seats .

its a tough market as there is such a history of success that the fans expect so much from the team and anything short of a deep playoff run is a massive failure . so its a very tough team to manage in that sort of atmosphere .
