I believe it was part of the original Participation program . Everybody was awarded a Gold Silver or a Bronze ... |

| I am not sure what "Trust" means in the eyes of the law, I would think it would be the same as "authority" but they are both in there so I don't know exactly what the difference is in the eyes of the law? |
