| I suppose it is a matter of judgement what you put in the guide. I see nothing wrong with mentioning that Canada permits SSM but I don't see it as a fundamental characteristic of Canadian culture - and we can't even claim that we were the first country to espouse (pun intended) gay marriage. |

What will prevent Tories from doing that is the fear of the Bloc having any say in the running of the country. |
