| Gosh, I am not even going to say what my thoughts are on this ridiculous scheme. I LIVE in the UK and it's the stupidest thing I've ever heard of. They don't care about the environment they're just looking for for another way to tax people. |

Wow, Regina that's a great story  Thanks for sharing. I'm always saddened when the old war vets pass on, they truly are the last of an era. Warfare just isn't the same these days if you ask me!
