That top 20% are the people responsible for the increase in GDP so it makes sense that they should reap the most from their efforts. I cannot help but laugh at your logic Bart. The top 1% are the people stealing the natural resources, oppressing the regular Canadian and giving regular Canadian jobs... |

matwilson matwilson: Now that's a great, magical story.
They must have chopped down some other forest nearby. Do you think they stalled development because of a forest and a 12 year old girl? |

Add to that all the areas along the route that have access to lakes and streams that would be literally days away from an effective spill response. It's dumb on so many levels. I would call the idea arrogant. But then the whole government can be described with this word. They have displayed complet... |

I'd rule the driver of the car 90% at fault. I would say the van driver is at least equally liable. He should know what a turn signal is for. You are supposed to signal BEFORE you attempt the lane change and by "before", I do not mean parts of a second before. You give your turn signal, t... |

You are a problem employee, I suspect. You are a problem forum member from what is apparent in this thread. Although you have zero knowledge on the subject you start reading, expressing opinions and calling names. I tried to be diplomatic with you and since you do not get it here is my final statem... |

Ok, I'll let you know how it went when the time comes.
"bigoted jerk"?
I would be more careful with calling names. But maybe you shouldn't because you have the support of like-minded moderators.
My assessment of you has been wrong - you will not grow up. |

My advice, your time would be better spent finding a new job rather than wasting it on filing complaints. I'm thinking the same thing. Maybe the owner is totally biased for Punjabis, tho I for the life of me couldn't think why he would hire Cougar in the first place then. It doesn't sound li... |

I'm starting to think you're an employee from hell who should spend more time concentrating on his job rather than on who he's going to sue next. OK, anyone else? I will give you more details: Not everyone was following the dress code. A guy wore a dark blue shirt and entered hours into the time sh... |

I posted here earlier about a problem I had with an employer and the way things were resolved. To my misfortune I am again in a similar situation. Below are the details. Brenda, this reminds me that my other family members (wife+2 kids) must be staying on expired PR cards in Canada. Is this supposed to create a problem of any sort?
I just cannot find a good time to pay the $500 to file the citizenship applications. |

Thank you guys! :D Yes, it took a lot of determination and effort. It was hard both on me and my family and at the end you have to wonder "was it worth it?" That CEO is still there doing the same things and as to me, I ended up in another messy situation with another "employer". ... |

It has been a while since I started this thread. I promised to let you know how it went and here is the verdict: I WON ! It was one person against many + a lawyer. All I have to say is, thanks goodness the legal system in Canada is running well for small claims and there are good judges who can comp... |
