The police are good at their jobs, the courts and NPB are bad at keeping the crooks off our streets locked up were they ... |

Sorry for the jargon. The high explosive rounds used by the tanks offer much better kill power against soft targets in mud huts than the kinetic energy rounds. The mud hut (laugh if you want) is mostly proof against small arms fire. Untill you get the auto cannons of the vehicles on the walls trying... |

While the CF is Green on the outside, we are all blue inside.
themasta themasta: starshine starshine: i thought afghanistan was a peace keeping mission? Peacekeeping is bunk anyway, a military is for waging war, not acting as glorified traffic cops.
LOL tell that to recce doing traffic control and route marking.

Easy enough to save most of your income if you buy reuseable entertainment. More or less don't smoke or drink, you can save a fair chunk of cash if you do. Investments are a question you need to deside in terms of risk and return. I'd suggest buying housing units, you get a part of a managed housing... |

That was by far the worst writen thing I'v read all week, and I'v been hanging out at 4chan a lot.
I'm not sure of the content, but just how it was writen was bad. Given the poster I bet it's just more UK wank and historical revisionism? |

Doesn't anyone find it odd that we bought the Leos in the 1970s and they first saw action in 2006? Or why the Germans themselves are so willing to part with such awesome machines for essentially S&H costs? They are getting rid of them because they don't need them either... Only partly correct, ... |

If the DND wants something it's not like they are not looking for the best on the market. They are not in the dark about other bids, they just don't care about them because it's not what is needed or wanted. "Last year, Ottawa purchased 16 Chinook helicopters for $2.7-billion, four C17 cargo ai... |

Ok as long as you don't tell us that the 40 Mt of GHG's being pumped into the air by the oil industry every year are actually good for the environment. Just don't forget that the total global human contribution of CO2 is about 3% of the anual total. The other 97% comes from natural sources. The oth... |
